After 24 years running a web studio, we kept hitting the same wall: the tools to actually run the business were scattered across a dozen subscriptions that didn't talk to each other. Project management here, invoicing there, a separate help desk, another tool for SMS, yet another for hosting and domains.
So we built the thing we wished existed — a single platform where an agency or solopreneur can run client work, billing, support, and communications end to end, and even resell hosting and domains. We designed and engineered every layer of it ourselves.
A three-tier model — platform/staff admin (T1), org owners & their staff (T2), and their clients (T3) — with white-label branding, custom domains via Cloudflare for SaaS, and per-org theming.
Project management, Stripe & PayPal billing, support ticketing, live chat with an AI assistant, Twilio SMS & voice, managed hosting, domain registration, and an automation engine — one connected system.
Laravel 11 + Vue 3 on PostgreSQL and Redis, realtime over Reverb (websockets), deployed on a tuned VPS with auto-deploy, queue workers, and per-minute scheduling.
